The MPS is a free service to the public, it allows you to have your name removed from, or added to, most mailing lists in this country.

Telephone Preference Service

The TPS helps you to make sure your telephone number is no longer available to organisations who may telephone you with offers and information you do not wish to receive. The TPS will not stop calls from market research organisations.

To register call 0845 070 0707. You will be asked to leave your name and address so they can write to you to confirm your registration. It will take 28 days to take effect.
