Directions to Hyde Flowery Centre - from M67
- Take Hyde Junction
- Turn left at the lights
- Through the first set of lights and move into the right hand lane
- Turn Right at lights keep in right hand lane (Christy Towel Factory on Right)
- Over the small roundabout to Old Road (20 mph zone)
- Turn right into the building after the Flowery Fields Nursery School
- There are a number of parking places on site with 3 disabled parking spots. Should the car park be full, you can park on Old Street outside the driveway to the building

Further Information
As well as training opportunities, Hyde Flowery Centre, also hosts various SureStart functions, coupled with parent and child programmes. An example of this includes Stay and Play, for children 5 and under with their parents or carers. A new session starting is also the ‘Dads Saturday Group' (for further details contact reception), were you can come and meet up with other dads / male carers and children.
Through programmes and help from Hyde Flowery Centre staff, advice and guidance can be gained on a variety of topics. On Tuesday afternoon (from 2pm until 5pm) Tameside's Youth Service runs a Young Peoples' Clinic, providing free and confidential advice. Hyde Flowery Centre staff can also help provide support for getting into training and getting back to work in addition to signposting individuals towards CV and application form advice.
For anyone interested in volunteering, Hyde Flowery Centre has a variety of opportunities, particularly in supporting families. There are also accredited courses following on from volunteering, with further information available from reception.
The Children's 4 Most Private Day Nursery also operates out of the building, as does the Blue Sky Café. The café is open 10am until 4pm Monday to Friday and 10am until 12pm on a Saturday, anyone is welcome to come and eat!
If you are looking for a room to hire, facilities are also available for this at Hyde Flowery Centre. Various rooms are available, with Smart Board and Hearing Loop systems set up in some of these.
The centre includes:

- A café (as shown in the photo above) and reception with outside area (included hearing loop system).
- A multi-use room with drinks area, smart board and hearing loop (space for approximately 20 adults seated).
- A safe meeting room off reception (seated space for 4/5 adults).
- Room set up for play or childcare with outside area and smart board (space for up to 10 children).
- Medical examination area with sitting area, providing privacy.
- Disabled toilets, baby change area and a kitchen with child size workbench, dishwasher and cooker.
