Good Morning everybody. Thanks for joining us today and I just want to say welcome to you all because this is our second series of this map. We’re planning on nineteen; one in every different Ward of Tameside so I hope you like what you see when we unveil it. Please study it carefully because I’m sure you’ll need to look at it very closely and keep looking at it because you’ll be surprised what you see.

It tells you about the history of the community and it tells you about the connections with Waterloo, the Battle of Waterloo and about the famous wrestler, the big wrestler John ‘Barrel’ Matley, it tells you about him as well but it also tells you about what’s here today and hopefully it will also be here in the future so it’s about the past, present and the future and we’re all part of that and you’ve shown us today Waterloo, so well done to you.
