Our Leaving Care team are there for you as your guide, your support, your advocate and a friendly face to share your worries and successes with. We will help you build a community of relationships who will support you when you need it.
The Hub is our base for care leavers and your care leavers team. Opening hours are Monday to Wednesday, 8:30am till 5pm, Thursday, 8:30am till 4:30pm, and Friday, 8:30am till 4pm. Your hub is located at Ashton Old Library, Old Street, Ashton-under- Lyne, OL6 7SG.
