Not Sure What to Do Next? That’s Okay!

Not everyone knows exactly what they want to do in the future—and that’s totally normal! If you don’t have a plan, don’t worry. There are lots of ways to explore your options, try new things, and figure out what’s right for you.

1. Take Your Time

Some people know early on what they want to be—like a doctor, artist, or footballer—but most people figure it out later. There’s no rush! You don’t have to decide everything right now.

2. Explore Your Interests

Think about what you enjoy. Do you love music? Are you great at fixing things? Do you like helping people? Your hobbies and interests can give you clues about jobs that might suit you.

3. Try Different Things

You won’t know what you like until you give it a go! You could:

- Join a club or activity

- Volunteer or help in your community

- Try a short course online or at college

- Get work experience in different places

Every new experience teaches you something valuable!

4. Talk to People

If you feel stuck, talk to someone! Friends, teachers, or family members might have ideas or advice to help you. You can also speak to a career adviser, who helps young people explore different paths.

5. Remember—There’s No “Right” Path

Some people go to college, some learn a trade, and some start working straight away. Others change careers later in life! The most important thing is finding what makes YOU happy and excited for the future.

6. Keep Learning & Growing

Even if you don’t have a plan now, keep building skills, learning new things, and staying open to opportunities. The more you explore, the easier it will be to find something you love!

So, don’t stress if you don’t have everything figured out yet. Your journey is YOURS, and there’s plenty of time to discover the right path. Keep going—you’ll find your way! 🌟
