Tameside has a great – and growing – cycling community.  There are a number of active cycle clubs in the area that hold group rides and events throughout the year.  Additionally, there are two dedicated cycle centres in Tameside that are open to all abilities and even host events and races.  With a range of facilities and groups available, there’s something to suit everyone.  Explore the links below to find the perfect cycle centre or club for you:

Tameside Cycle Trax

Tameside Cycle Trax was developed by Tameside Council and allows schools, clubs and the wider community to learn to ride a bike and improve confidence.  The track resembles a large road mat, with road signs and traffic signals, and is based at Bennet Street Youth Centre in Hyde.  More information can be found here: https://www.tameside.gov.uk/youthservices
