We should aim to drinks 6-8 glasses of fluid every day. Water, lower fat milk and sugar-free drinks including tea and coffee can all help you towards achieving your 6-8 glasses per day. Fruit juice and smoothies count towards your fluid consumption, however they are a source of free sugars, so should you should limit your consumption to no more than a combined total of 150ml per day.
