Healthy Eating on a Budget



Life may feel strange at the moment and very overwhelming, especially when it comes to eating healthily on a budget.

Each week we are coming up with new ideas and inspiration to support you to eat well during lockdown. The weekly planners will have a shopping list of which will cost £15 and will have meals and recipes that you can make with the items you buy for £15.

This means that for residents who receive the £15 free school meal government voucher scheme will be able to buy nutritious foods and make fantastic, healthy and wholesome meals with their £15 voucher.

The weekly planners can benefit any residents whether they are looking for ways to eat healthier, looking at ways to make the most out of their ingredients and foods or looking for ways to cut back on spending on the food shop whilst keeping a balanced diet.

Each week a new planner will be added so you will soon be able to take your pick from a variety of weekly planners to support you and your family get the most out of your food.”
