- You will have a dedicated Advanced Practice Lead to support you through your first year and beyond – our offer spans over your first 3 years of practice.
- You will have dedicated training in our approach to restorative practice, our 5cs practice model and being “brilliant at the basics”.
- You will receive wellbeing and reflective supervision as well as case supervision. This will take place regularly with your Advanced Practice Lead.
