A Community Champion acts as a messenger, helping to relay Tameside Council’s communications to groups within the community.

The communications involve a broad range of surveys, activities, campaigns, and so much more.

Tameside Council run the Community Champions programme as an extra method of communication, helping to reach as many residents as possible, by sharing updates through trusted local voices within the community.
