In addition to Sections 6.4 and 6.5 above, a new Section 7 – SED Activities, has been inserted into the EP Regulations. This is due to recent legislation being introduced to further control solvent emission, namely The Solvent Emissions Directive. Section 7 is reproduced below detailing the solvent consumption over which a permit is required.
