The Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 gives you a general right of access to all types of 'recorded' information held by the Council, subject to some exemptions/exceptions. 

These access rights are in addition to individuals' rights to access information about themselves under the Data Protection Act 2018, and other existing legislation that already secures public access rights to much information held by a local authority.
