- Web Chat is a new feature on Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council web pages which is available during office hours. Click the icon at the right hand side of the screen and select Library Service. One of our advisors will respond with live chat as soon as possible. Web Chat is currently available between 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday-Friday.
