No additional items will be taken, these must be paid for at the standard rate.

Proof of Residency During the Visit

The pensioner must stay in on the day of collection.
The pensioner must show that they live at the property.
Proof of residency is a utility bill or equivalent.

Proof of Eligibility is

State Pension Book
Birth Certificate.
Pensioner's Bus Pass

If proof of eligibility is not shown at the time of visit then the goods will not be removed.
