Career Guidance:

Positive Steps is a registered charity that has been commissioned by Tameside Council to deliver a Career Guidance & Support Service for vulnerable young people in Tameside since 2013.  They work with young people aged from 13 to 18 to help them make successful transitions into education, employment and training, focussing on young people in the following target groups:
 

• Cared for Children
• Care Leavers
• Those with SEND (up to the age of 25)
• Young Offenders
• Teenage Parents (and parents to be)
• NEET (post-16)
• Those in danger of becoming NEET (pre-16)
