Supported Employment Service, Routes To Work, Receives High Praise From Jobcentre Work Coach

Work Coach Allan Bancroft recently shared some fantastic news about a local resident he supported earlier this year

Allan explained that he began working with the resident and his Mother earlier this year. Over time, the resident gradually grew in confidence as they explored different services and opportunities together. Eventually, the Resident felt able to take the next step to a referral for Employment support with  Routes to Work.

During a recent visit to the Job Centre, the Resident shared the exciting news that he is due to start work at Tameside One in the New Year. Allan described how far the resident has come since their first meeting and expressed his appreciation for the dedication shown by the Routes to Work team in helping him reach his goals.
