You will now be asked to create an account, providing information about both you and your child.  Please be aware that only the legal guardian for the child being claimed for is allowed to set up the account. This restriction is necessary, as the notification regarding the approval for the funding will be sent to the applicant at the email or postal address provided.  

Access Synergy are acting as our data processor and the information you provide on the following form will be returned to Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council.  This information will then be used to carry out the required eligibility check to ensure that you are able to receive the relevant funding.

By continuing to create an account you are confirming that the information you provide can be used by the Council to carry out the required eligibility check and can be used as outlined in the Council Privacy Notice that can be found here.  Any information you provide for this purpose will be the responsibility of Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council as the Data Controller.

Please note once you have created an account you should receive an automated email response upon account creation.   If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail folder.   If no email has been received, the email address you have provided may have been incorrect and you may need to set up your account again.
