PEP’s
PEPs must take place at least once every term and we ask that they are, where possible, completed in the first half term, to allow for the impact of interventions to be properly measured.
All PEPs must be submitted by the following dates to ensure that PP+ payments can be made. Payments for PEPs submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed.
Autumn Term 2026
- PEP meeting to be completed by: Friday 23rd October 2026
- PEP document to be submitted to Virtual School by: Friday 20th November 2026
Spring Term 2027
- PEP meeting to be completed by: Friday 12th February 2027
- PEP document to be submitted to Virtual School by: Friday 5th March 2027
Summer Term 2027
- PEP meeting to be completed by: Friday 28th May 2027
- PEP document to be submitted to Virtual School by: Year 11 – Friday 11th June 2027 / All other year groups – Friday 25th June 2027
