What Matters To You 2021

‘What Matters To You?’ aims to encourage and support more meaningful conversations between people who provide health and social care and the people, families and carers who receive health and social care. We want to ask what matters to you, so we can listen to what matters, and do what matters.

You might tell us the things that are important to you at the moment or some of the things you would like to achieve as a result of your health and social care support. What you tell us helps us to understand people in the context of their own life. It helps us do our job more effectively.
