Application For The Review of a Premises Licence

Tameside MBC, Trading Standards Division is applying for the Review of a Premises Licence in respect of Fiveways Off Licence, 7 Manor Road, Droylsden M43 6QA

The grounds on which the review has been called for are as follows: Failure to adhere to the Licensing Objections namely:

• The Prevention of Crime & Disorder
• Public Safety Prevention of Public Nuisance
• Protection of Children from Harm

A copy of the application for a review of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Tameside Borough Council, Environment Centre, Ash Road, Droylsden, M43 6QU. The application can be viewed Monday 09.00am to 03.00pm Tuesday to Thursday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm and 9.00am to 3.30pm on Fridays except bank holidays.

Any interested party or responsible authority wish to make representation in relation to this review may do so by writing to the Licensing Team Leader, The Licensing Section, Tameside MBC, Environment Centre, Ash Road, Droylsden, M43 6QU. Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is £5000.00.
