The grounds on which the review has been called for are as follows:
Failing to promote the Licensing objectives, namely Prevention of Crime & Disorder, Public Safety, The Prevention of Public Nuisance and the Protection of Children from Harm

The application can be viewed Monday & Tuesday 09:00am to 4.30pm Wednesday 9.00am to 1:00pm Thursday & Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm except bank holidays.
Any interested party or responsible authority wish to make representation in relation to this review may do so by writing to the Licensing Team Leader, The Licensing Section, Tameside MBC, Environment Centre, Ash Road, Droylsden, M43 6QU. Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is £5000.00.
