Supply of Alcohol

The licensable activities which take place at Tameside’s venues are supplied by retail sales of alcohol to private parties, private corporate companies and the hosting of Civic hospitality for Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council.

The times within which the licensable activities may take place are as follow:

• Monday-Saturday Midday – 11.30pm
• Sunday & Good Friday Midday – 11.00pm

There is a "½ hour drinking up time" allowed at the end of this period once this has ended all consumption must cease.

Provision of regulated entertainment* is as follows:

• Monday-Saturday 11.00am – 11.30pm
• Sunday & Good Friday Midday – 11.00pm

*Entertainment being recorded music, live music or performance of dance, or anything of a similar description. No provision of entertainment may be permitted during the drinking up period.
