Our information sources can help you to plan and start your business or grow and develop your ideas. Our staff are available to help you get the most for your business from our resources and support the development of your business ideas.
Build A Business in GM Libraries Membership
Members have priority access for bookable resources. All facilities are free unless otherwise stated. Consider us your flexible office space. Tameside Libraries Information Service at Ashton Library, Market Place, Ashton, OL6 6BH offers:
- Hot-desk space for businesses
- Meeting pod for up to four people
- Informal areas for catch ups
- Free secure WiFi
- Industry-standard business information databases including: Market research, Company data and Funding information.
- PC access
- Charging points
- Business books and e-books
- Toilet facilities
- Printing & Copying
- Access to a 3D printer (with a members only induction)*

Co-working Space at other Tameside Libraries
Workspace is available at other Tameside Libraries so you can work wherever suits your needs. By registering for Open+ self-access you can make the most of evening opening times. All libraries have free secure WiFi and study space. Device charging points are available at many locations.
