What is Tameside Futures?
Tameside Futures helps young people find their next step.
It is for people aged 16–18 who are not in education, work, or training.
Some young people up to age 24 can also get help, if you are.
- 19–24 and have been in care
- 19–24 and have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
