Severe Weather Warning Sunday 26th March 2023
The MET office weather forecast predicts the temperatures are to fall to zero degrees Celsius or below on Sunday 26
th March 2023 between 9.00pm and 9.00am the following morning.
Therefore Tameside Severe Weather Emergency Protocol will be activated from 9.00pm on Sunday 26
th March 2023 until 9am Monday 27
th March 2023.
We will continue to monitor the weather on a daily basis and will update this website on a daily basis.

As of 1 June 2022, the homelessness and housing advice service currently operated by Tameside Housing Advice will be delivered by Tameside MBC. The service is a Council service that has been contracted to Jigsaw Homes for many years.
Service delivery as of 1 June 2022 will remain largely unchanged and the service will continue to operate from its current location in Ashton under Lyne.
The Council’s website will be updated over the coming months.
