Personal Licence
Licensing Act 2003
If you sell alcohol from licensed premises, you or a member of your staff must hold a personal licence, so that every sale or supply of alcohol is authorised by a personal licence holder.
If you live in the Tameside area, applications for a personal licence should be made to your TMBC Licensing Department and, once granted, the licence will be valid indefinitely.
