Surrender of a Premise Licence

If you wish to surrender your Premise Licence in accordance with Sections 28 of the Licensing Act 2003, you are required to give written notice to Tameside Council of your intention to do so. Any such notice must be accompanied with the original Premise Licence or a statement of the reasons for failure to do so.
