Cake & Craft Market, Ashton-under-Lyne

We’ve got a brand new Cake & Craft Market coming to Ashton Market Square this May!

To mark Love Your Local Market fortnight the market will launch on Saturday May 20th and will run on the third Saturday of every month throughout the year.
There will be a selection of handmade crafts as well as delicious pastries and cakes on offer from over 20 local traders. In addition to this there will be live music and face painting for the little ones!

A Tameside Council spokesman said: “Once the cake and craft market is up and running there will be a specialist market in Tameside almost every weekend.
“A key theme of this year’s campaign is making markets relevant for the next generation of traders and consumers, which is exactly what we are doing in Tameside.”

The market will run from 9am – 2pm and will be located near the Arcades Shopping Centre entrance.
