What is the Outreach Service?

Tameside Family Hubs Outreach service supports parents and carers of children aged Birth-5 years.

Our Outreach workers help families:

  • Access suitable childcare, including Early Learning for 2-year-olds
  • Connect with local services and family focused support in their community.

Access to high quality childcare plays an important role in children’s readiness for school at 5years and helps parents to participate in their own activity, education, or training.
