LDF Evidence Base Decentralised and zero carbon energy planning study
In 2010 a Greater Manchester wide Decentralised and Zero Carbon Energy Study was undertaken on behalf of the AGMA. Following on from this Tameside MBC commissioned Urbed to undertake a similarly based study for the Borough to;
- Highlight the specific decentralised energy technology potentially viable across the Borough,
- Assess development viability against implementation of Part L Building Regulations,
- Provide evidence to support the Local Development Framework,
- Suggest potential content and structure for Core Strategy policy.
The study is now complete and can be downloaded below;
