What local businesses say about the return of the awards:

As a proud member of the Tameside business community everyone at Findel are very excited to hear about the return of the magnificent Pride of Tameside Awards in May 2024. As a previous winner we took huge pride in being recognised by the local business community and the awards took pride of place in the Findel trophy cabinet. It is a truly great event to celebrate the many great businesses in our region and to celebrate the individuals and teams who deliver so much. We will be entering, attending and hoping to win some more awards this time.

Chris Mahady | CEO | Findel

“A great awards ceremony to celebrate the fabulous businesses we have right here in Tameside. We have had the pleasure of both sponsoring and winning several awards over the years, for me to win should an award further reinforces the hard work our team put in and to get the recognition to be a finalist let alone a winner is icing on the cake!

I would highly recommend any business unsure about putting themselves forward, to do it!”

Claire Wolstenholme | Managing Director | Bennett Staff Bureau

“As a previous recipient of both the Tameside Businessperson and Business of the Year awards, I took pride in using these accolades to elevate my business's visibility. This recognition extended beyond the Tameside community, reaching a broader audience in Greater Manchester and beyond. I encourage business to participate and share the outstanding products and services they provide.”

Phill Brown MBE I Founder & Former Owner Benchmark Building Supplies and Business Community Champion

“Absolutely thrilled to hear about the return of the Pride of Tameside Business Awards! Having been part of this incredible event in the past, I can attest to the positive impact it has on our local business community. The awards not only celebrate success but also provide a fantastic platform for networking and forging meaningful connections with other local businesses. My experiences from the awards in 2018 and 2019 were not just professionally rewarding but also incredibly enjoyable.”
“ I’m once again looking forward to celebrating the best of Tameside business excellence!”

Brianna Harvey I Owner I Digital Flamingo
