Our resources have been effected significantly due to the current climate.

Our Service Charter for this area is as follows:
The Council is responsible for street lighting to make the Borough a safe and secure place to live.
We will:
- Inspect or repair faulty street lights within 14 working days (where the problem is not an electrical feed).
- ENW (Electricity North West) aim to investigate or repair within 36 working days after receiving the fault.
- Deal with dangerous faults (e.g. leaning columns/exposed electrical wiring) within 4 hours to make them safe
