Be Well Tameside can support you to make those small changes that can have big benefits to your health and wellbeing. If you want to: 

  • Lose weight
  • Give up smoking, e-cigarettes or chewing tobacco
  • Have a healthier diet
  • Drink less alcohol
  • Be more active

If you are aged between 40 and 74, not had a health check in the last five years, and are not on any medication for blood pressure, heart problems or cholesterol, you will be eligible to book in for the free health check.
