Health Improvement Stakeholder Engagement survey

Tameside Council want to find out about the support available to improve your health and wellbeing.  We would like to collect information, views and opinions from people living and working in the area, including individuals and organisations who work to support communities in Tameside.

Health and wellbeing is about more than just health: it is about being able to enjoy life and reach your potential.  It includes physical and mental health, and can be affected by things like how active you are, the places you live and work, your interests and activities, and your relationships with family and friends.

We want to find out how, when and why you use services, groups, and facilities to improve your health and wellbeing.  We would like to know what you use, and what your experiences of these are.  We also want to find out why people might not use these things, and what might help people to access them if they would like to.  Finally, we want to find out what more could be done to improve Health and Wellbeing in Tameside.
You can fill in the survey here. The survey will close on the 24th November 2019.

Paper copies of the survey are available on request by contacting sarah.exall@tameside.gov.uk

In accordance with Market Research Society guidelines, responses from those aged under 16 should not be submitted without the consent of a parent, guardian or responsible adult
