For your thoughts on what you wanted to see in Hyde Town centre for the future in order to shape the vision and masterplan proposals.
You wanted us to improve the town centre by re-imagining Hyde’s most important assets such as the Town Hall with a cultural and community focus.
Upgrading public realm and the market square to use for events like markets and pop ups to bring vibrancy back to the Market Square to make it a safer attractive and welcoming place to live work and visit.
We shaped the plans using feedback from over 1500 people and have drafted a vision and proposals that can be formalised to help the council seek further sources of funding to realise plans for the future. Now we need your further thoughts on the plans before the masterplan is formalised.
