  • KCSIE – Keeping Children Safe in Education 2021
Annually updated guidance from the DfE on good practice for safeguarding children and young people in education. It is essential that everybody working in a school or college understands their safeguarding responsibilities. Governing bodies and proprietors should ensure that those staff who work directly with children read at least Part one of this guidance.

Statutory guidance for Local Authority Workers on their duties to promote the education of children who are or have been cared for. This is particularly relevant for social workers, IROs and Personal Advisors.
