Notice of Withdrawal of Supplementary Planning Documents

Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and Town and Country Planning Act (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended) 

In accordance with Regulation 15 of The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 and Section 22 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, notice is hereby given that Tameside Council has withdrawn the following draft Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs):

SPDs withdrawn:

• Draft Hyde Town Centre Supplementary Planning Document
• Draft South Tame Valley Employment Area Supplementary Planning Document

The reasons for this are that the above SPDs have been superseded by other Council activities in recognising the issues which the SPD concerned as priorities.

As required by Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, following the withdrawal of the above SPDs, this notice is made available as a statement of that fact. Each of the bodies or persons which made representation on the SPD will be notified and physical and digital copies of the SPD will cease to be made available.
