Now’s the Time to Get Online with Tameside Libraries

 
      
  • As everything is going digital nowadays, are you feeling left behind?

  • During Get Online Week Tameside Libraries can give you tips on becoming more confident using the Internet.


Getting the most out of the internet doesn’t have to be scary. It’s #GetOnlineWeek2021! and Tameside Libraries are here to help you get started. You could manage your money online, find a new job, brush up on a skill or just have some fun.

If you feel you need support because everything is online these days we have a range of ideas and help on using the internet more for different areas of life such as health, learning, finding employment or managing your money.  If you think you would like to explore any of these areas more you could try one of the free Learn My Way courses on these topics. You can dip in and do as much as you need or complete each course.

Did you know you can listen to eAudiobooks and read eBooks, eMagazines and eNewspapers completely free with your Tameside Library Card? It's easy to download one of our range of apps to use with your account, you'll find more information on our eReading page. You could be reading or listening within five minutes!

Digital Diamonds offer free internet access and support every weekday from 10am – 4pm and Thursday evenings from 6pm-8pm at the Linda Fletcher I.T. and Community Base Ryecroft House, Ashton-Under-Lyne, OL7 0SA. Please contact Nicola on 07802866323


West African Development run Basic I.T. Classes including a 1:1 initial session to assess current ability.
