Announcement: Full up to date details of current library services are available on the Libraries Homepage.

Readers' Groups

Do you love reading? Join one of Tameside Libraries Readers' Groups.

Members of the group all take copies of the same book to read each month and then meet to discuss it. Groups read a variety of genres over the year and can suggest titles.

  • Share your reading experiences
  • Read books you would never have thought of trying
  • Groups are informal, fun and free
  • No literary knowledge required
  • Not finished the book or didn’t like it? Still come along and tell us why!

If you are thinking of attending, please contact the relevant library before your first visit for full details.
