All our libraries have staffed hours during the week to assist customers with face to face council enquiries. Tameside libraries are so much more than books. Each one is not only a cyber-centre with access to PC's and Wi-Fi but a customer services hub too. It's the place to go for help and advice in tackling a wide variety of council-related issues. You can also report missed bin collections, order a replacement bin, pick up a bins calendar or request and pay for bulky waste collection (by card). Libraries are also the place to report fly-tipping and street-lighting issues and to request a council service. Check Library Contacts, Hours and Services for staffed opening hours of your local library. No appointment is required for services at the library, just arrive during staffed hours. |

| Carers Centre Drop Ins |
The Carers Centre, is based at The Peoples Place, Tameside 1, Market Place, Ashton. The Centre is open every day, offering drop-in sessions for Carers. Monday 10am - 2pm Carers can also self-refer to the Carer's Centre by:
